1 x folder, to be permanently fixed in a noted location

1 x location sticker sheet provides a range of useful stickers that should be applied to the property guide sheet to indicate locations of things in and around the property. There are also stickers for the back of doors to direct to concealed valves and switches

1 x unique serial number sticker sheet. Stickers to be located at door entry points at the property

1 x property guide where a floor plan of the property is drawn by the installer and all known service and drain routes are indicated. Appliances, valve and switch locations are also clearly marked using the sticker sheet

1 x cold water insert with a cold main valve and a tank fed cold valve detachable label

1 x electric insert with a tank fed cold valve detachable label

1 x hot water insert with hot water main valve detachable label

1 x oil insert with an oil valve and blank detachable labels
